Die shop
We have special VMC machine which is use to produce 100% in house die making works.
Forging shop
We Have One ton belt drop hammer setup, the hammer capacity is 1800 ton yearly. We can forge the components from 0.250 Kgs to 6 Kgs. Round jobs & 4.5 Kgs Profile Jobs.
Cutting Machines
We have a 6 bend saw machines, which is allow us to cut the round bar from 10mm to 350mm diameter.
Precision Machining Setup
We have our own precision machining setup with 6 CNC machines & 3 VMC machines with 4 Axis. Which is help us to supply the goods with fully machined condition.
Drilling & taping setup
We have 6 drilling taping & lathe machines to control a cost barrier for customer requirement.
Inspection Room
We have separate Inspection room for 100% quality check. By Vernier, Gauge check, Micrometer. Also, In-house roughness taster & 2D Height Gauge. Additional support CMM & Contour, MPI, UT, DP as per customer requirement.
