3. Forging

Temperature Check.
First Part Inspection.
Visual Inspection.
NDE (If Required).

4. Het treatment

Heat Treatment Inspection.
Heat Treatment Temperature & In process Check.
Metrological Inspection According to Requirement.

5. Shot Blasting & Inspection

Surface Secondary Process.
Shot Blasting.
Visual Inspection.

6. Machining

First Piece inspection.
In process Inspection.
Visual Inspection.
Additional Test (If Required).
Final Inspection.

7. Inspection & Dispatch

Pre-Dispatch Inspection.
Final Packaging (as per Standard)
